Enagic Review: Is Enagic A Scam?

Is Enagic A Scam

Enagic is a multi-level marketing company that sells alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. The water that is created through their machines is called Kangen water.

They claim that the water has various benefits like restoring your body to a more alkaline state. They also sell turmeric-based soap, tea and supplement. There are 7 different models of the machines to choose from. The company began its operations in the year 1974 in Japan and now it has expanded to several countries including the United States of America. The current CEO of this company is Hironari Ohshiro.

In this review, I will take a closer look at this company and try to determine whether this is a scam or not. This is based on my honest research about it. I recommend that you read the entire review before thinking about joining this company.

How Does Enagic Works?

This is the section where we will take a look at the compensation plan of Enagic.

They have an 8-point commission structure. The way that the commission structure works is that there are 6 ranks and the higher ranks pay more on a sale. You will always retain a rank once you reach it until you reach a higher one. So, you have to only reach a rank once rather than qualify for it again and again.

You will become an 1A, which is the first rank in the compensation plan, by selling a single machine. By selling three machines, you will become a 2A. However, to advance to the rank of 3A, you might need the help of your team.

You will be able to build a team and your sales along with your team sales will count towards your qualifications. You will need a total of 10 accumulated sales to advance to 3A. The qualifications will keep increasing as the ranks increase.

Each machine sale pays out a total of 8 points. You will get the same amount of points when you make a sale. For example, you are 5A, then you will get 5 points and the rest of the points will move up. The points will keep moving up until there are no points left.

Your earnings per personal sale will be the product of your points and the standard commission for that sale. For example, you made a sale of SD501, then you will earn $1,175.

The $1,175 is the result of multiplying the standard commission ($235) for the SD501 with the points (5) based on your rank. Your status also plays a role in determining your earnings from a sale, but for the sake of simplification I haven’t included it in the example above.

There are different statuses based on when you last made a personal sale. Your status will determine if you will earn an additional commission, not receive any indirect commission, or receive a 50% indirect commission.

The point system will also determine your earnings from your team sales. When the points are remaining, then you can earn from your team sales if you are qualified. For example, at the rank of 3A, you may earn $705 per team sale on the sale of SD501 as long as 3 points remain.

Your earnings will increase to $940 when you advance to the rank of 4A and as long as 4 points remain.

There are some other ways of earning money, but they are limited to the highest ranks. The compensation plan pays on the sales of those that you directly recruit and the amount that you can earn by advancing to the higher ranks. Unfortunately, it is going to be hard to advance in the ranks and build a team.

How Much Does It Cost to Join in Enagic?

A distributor id is required to join so you might have to contact a distributor if you are interested in joining.

However, their products are not cheap and you have to buy at least one product to become a distributor. So, you will have to spend more than $1,500 to become a part of Enagic. It is very clear that the cost of joining is much higher than many companies.

How Much Can I Earn?

The compensation plan is fine as you don’t have to qualify for a rank again and again. Theoretically, you can earn a lot of money by reaching a high rank even without working much.

Your team will help you to earn a good amount of money when you reach a high rank. The problem is that the products are expensive and many customers will refuse to buy them.

There are many companies in this niche that have cheaper products, so why would someone buy from this company. You may make a sale here and there, but it is highly unlikely that you will make continuous sales. Your earnings will most likely be very low and you might fail in the long run.

Are there Any Complaints?

Yes, and I have listed some of the concerns below.

Only con is that you need to establish a lead generation system.

Products offered are under competitive niche.

Bottom Line

I must say that Enagic is not a scam. They have a compensation plan that aims to help people to build their own business.

On the other hand, the products of this company are very expensive. I don’t think that you will most likely be able to sell a machine that is worth thousands of dollars. There are many companies with more reasonably priced products. But if you have the passion towards the products offered then you can take a look into it.

Nevertheless, I still leave the final decision in your hands. Good luck and choose wisely.

Pros

  • Work at Home type of business
  • Teaches entrepreneurial skills

Cons

  • Competitive Niche
  • Climb the ranks to earn more
  • Building a team is overwhelming

I know that you want to invest in Enagic because you want to have a complete change in your life. I also feel that you want to build your financial freedom as soon as possible.

But let me tell you that this type of business is not for everyone. If you don’t have prior experience in selling and recruiting then you may find it as a problem. But if you are passionate about it then you can invest your time and effort into it.

On the other hand, if you are still looking for a source of income, then you can also give time and scrutinize my personal choice. My best suggestion would be through making your own online business with a support from community. Basically it is a modern way of making money. What I like about it is that it doesn’t focus on selling and recruiting.

Right now, I am on my second year in this community and I am already enjoying the fruits of my labor. So, I want to share my success with you.
