Is QNet A Scam

Company Name: QNet

Owner: Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark

Price to Join: $30

My Rating: 4.3 out of 10.0

QNet is a multi-level marketing company that offers products in a lot of different niches. Normally, MLM companies focus on one or two niches, but this company is different.

Some of the niches that the company covers are health and wellness, home and living, personal care and beauty and education. There are plenty of products in each category, so you should not run out of things to sell.

The founders of this company are Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark. They founded this company in the year 1988. The company has had legal issues in several countries including India, Philippines, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Nepal.

The management and affiliates of the company have been arrested in several countries as well.

In this QNet review, I will try to find out if this company is a scam or not. Please make sure that you read the entire review before making any decision.

How Does QNet Work?

You have to follow two steps before you can start earning commissions from the compensation plan.

The first step is to qualify. You need 500 Business Volume to qualify. You can generate 500 BV through your personal sales or retail sales to customers.

The second step is to activate. You can activate through three different ways.

You can activate through retail sales, combination of sales and purchases and personal sponsorship. To activate you will need 500 BV on each side of your tracking center. Each side of your tracking center simply means your binary team, and I will explain more a little later.

Following are the ways of earning money through the compensation plan of this company.

Ways of Earning

  • Retail Sales
  • Step Commissions

Retail Sales

You can earn retail profit on the sales made to your customers. The retail profit is the difference between the price that you pay and the price that the customers pay.

As a distributor, the price that you pay is lower than what the customers pay. They don’t mention the percentage of retail profit in the compensation plan.

The YouTube videos by the company also avoid mentioning the percentage of retail profit.

Step Commissions

Step Commissions are paid on your binary team. Your binary team begins when you recruit two people as distributors.

When you recruit two people, then they are placed in two different teams. The people that you recruit are placed at your level 1.

There are two positions on your first level, and they double at the second level. The number of positions will double with each level as the two teams grow.

Suppose you recruited A and B. When A and B recruit two people each, then those people will be placed in two different teams on your second level.

The people recruited by the distributors on your second level will be placed on your third level. This will continue as more people are recruited.

When you have 3,000 Group Business Volume in your lower volume team, then you will have completed one step.

You can earn on several steps depending on your rank. So, this bonus is all about how well your binary team does and how big it is. The amount of bonus that you will earn per step depends on your active pay rank.

Following are the different ranks and the amounts of Step Commissions paid on those ranks.

  • Bronze Star: $200 per step (maximum 40 steps per week)
  • Silver Star: $225 per step (maximum 50 steps per week)
  • Gold Star: $250 per step (maximum 60 steps per week)
  • Sapphire Star: $260 per step (maximum 65 steps per week)
  • Platinum Star: $275 per step (maximum 70 steps per week)
  • Diamond Star: $300 per step (maximum 80 steps per week)
  • Blue Diamond Star: $325 per step (maximum 90 steps per week)

There are other ways of earning money through the compensation plan such as Repeat Sales Commission and Rank Maintenance Bonus.

You can meet the high Business Volume requirements by buying the products and then recruit others to earn money through the compensation plan.

The compensation plan makes this look like a pyramid scheme. There is a reason that this company has been banned in several countries.

The compensation plan is surely profitable, but it does have the elements of a pyramid scheme.

How Much Does It Cost to Join?

If you want to join in QNet, you will need to pay $30 annually to become an affiliate of this company.

This is actually a fair amount of money. The problem is that you might have to spend money on purchasing the products to meet the high BV requirements. So, you could end up spending a lot higher than $30 if you decide to join this company.

How Much Can You Earn?

Assuming that this company is still legal in your country and will continue to be legal for several years, you can earn a good amount of money.

The only condition for earning a good amount of money is recruiting a lot of people after qualifying and activating. They most probably pay a low percentage of retail profit, and I don’t think that you can depend on retail sales to earn a lot.

The reason that you will earn a lot is Repeat Sales Commission in addition to the other ways of earning. You will get Repeat Sales Points (RSP) for selling the products or buying them.

Is QNet A Scam

When you have 50 RSP, then you can earn Retail Sales Commission on your sales and purchases as well as the repeat sales of your downline. 10,000 RSP is equal to $300.

You could easily generate a lot of RSP by simply being active and having a big and active downline.

Your earning potential is really high and we have not even begun considering the other bonuses. However, this is not a realistic scenario.

This company maybe banned in your country if it has not been banned yet. Even if it is not banned, most people struggle to recruit enough people. Without recruiting people, your earnings will be very low.

In short, the income potential is there, but this pyramid scheme may get you into trouble if you end up becoming one of the top affiliates.

Are There Any Complaints?

Yes, I have listed some complaints below.

“Don’t lose your friends and family by joining this.”

“People in this company teach you how to cheat the society.”

Bottom Line

QNet is a pyramid scheme or scam in my opinion. Only a few people will make the most money because this is a pyramid scheme.

Obviously, I will not recommend that you join this pyramid scheme.

If you live in one of the countries where it has been banned, then you cannot join even if you want to.

  • None

  • Scam or pyramid scheme
  • Several legal issues
  • Focus on recruitment
  • No information about retail profit percentage
  • Poor products without strong scientific evidence

How Can You Earn Money Online?

It seems like you want to join in QNet because you are eager to find a new source of income that you can easily do in your home. It also feels like you are already tired of not earning that much from your 9-5 job.

But let me tell you that MLM type of business is not for everyone. If you are not comfortable with selling, promoting or even recruiting then this may not be the best option for you. Although these skills are not required, your earning potential mainly depends on these.

On the other hand, if you are still looking for a new source of income, then you can also take a look into my personal favorite choice.

My best suggestion would be through making your own online business with a support from community. Basically it is a modern way of making money. What I like about it is that it doesn’t require any selling or recruiting.

Right now, I am on my third year in this type of business and I am already enjoying the fruits of my labor. So, I want to share my success with you.
