Yes, I have listed some complaints below.
The most you can earn is $10.50 an hour, and it takes 2 years to get there. They have added more and more workload in the time I have been there and taken away opportunities to earn bonuses.
There is not enough training for new hires.
Sitel is not a scam in my opinion. If you are looking for call center jobs that you can do from home, then this company is worth considering. The pay is low and the job is stressful, but you can try it if you can’t find anything else. I don’t recommend it when you have other options. Good luck.
