What is the Your First 10K Readers?

What is the Your First 10K Readers

Your First 10K Readers is a training program that claims to help you in growing the readership if you are the author of a book. It is hard to get noticed in this competitive environment and that is why this course offers you the much needed training to increase your sales.

The person behind this course is Nick Stephenson. This course is designed for authors, self-publishers and entrepreneurs. It can help you in building a brand, growing a list of fans and subscribers and selling more books or related products.

In this review, I will take a closer look at this training program and try to determine whether this is a scam or not. I am not promoting this course and this review is completely unbiased. I recommend that you read the entire review before thinking about joining this training program.

How Does Your First 10K Readers Work?

There are six modules in that course that will cover everything from promoting to earning profit on autopilot. Following are the first four modules and their particulars.

Module 1: This module is about utilizing the retailers. You cannot expect to earn money from a book just by publishing it and you need to know how to use the online retailers to your advantage. There are 4 videos in this module and each video will cover a different topic.

You will learn about how the online retailers work and how to achieve top positioning for your book. This module will also cover how to price your book, how to get your book featured in ‘Deals of the Day’ and what kind of approach you should use.

Module 2: This module is about driving endless traffic, which is pretty important. The first video will cover the process of selection of keywords and metadata. You will learn about free and paid methods of selection of keywords and metadata.

The second video will teach you about capturing the free traffic and converting it into customers that end up paying for the book. There are two more videos that will cover promotion tactics and building a team of authors.

Module 3: This module is about converting traffic into subscribers. The first video will teach you about email marketing and how to utilize free or paid methods of email marketing to generate book sales.

The second video will teach you about how to best use your author’s website. The third video will teach you about structuring your giveaways and other useful tips. The fourth video will cover how to create an event that can boost your sales significantly.

Module 4: This module is about engaging your audience. The first video will explain the reasons why readers don’t buy. The second video will teach you about preparing your readers for buying your book. The third video will teach you about the psychological tactic of scarcity. There are three more videos in this module that will cover different tactics and tips.

I have only explained four modules above and there are two more modules inside this training program. There are bonuses inside too. The training covers almost everything that you need to know about boosting your book sales and I am very impressed by this training program.

How Much Does It Cost to Join?

The cost of joining is $59 per month for 12 months or a onetime fee of $597. At the time of writing this review there are no spots available for this training program. I think that new spots may open soon.

How Much Can I Earn?

There is no doubt about the quality of training in this training program. Nick has literally explained everything in an easy and understandable manner. You can earn some serious money and even become a bestseller by utilizing this training program to the fullest. I do not think that everyone will have great earnings, but those who follow the training and work hard will surely see results.

Your chances of success are really good if you are ready to work hard because this is not a get rich quick scheme. This training program maybe a little costly for newbie and they need to consider the risk before joining.

After considering everything, I think that those who work hard can make a significant income by utilizing the training. There will be a few people who fail, but it will not be because of the inadequacy of the program.

Are there Any Complaints?

No, I could not find any complaints. I have only one concern that I have explained below.

The training program is not affordable for everyone.

Bottom Line

Your First 10K Readers is not a scam and it is 100 percent legit training program. The amount of useful information in this training program is amazing and I recommend it to those who can afford it. If you are a serious author and if you need some help with earning money from your book, then this training program is a really good option. Normally, I find many problems in training programs, but I have no big issues with this one.

Nick has experience in this field and he knows what he is doing. You will find real world data inside this training program, which is much better than claiming things. I leave the final decision in your hands. Good luck and choose wisely.

Pros

  • Various Training
  • Thoroughly Explained Programs

Cons

How Do I Personally Earn Money Online?

I know that you want to try Your First 10K Readers because you want to make your books more successful. I also feel that you are already tired of not earning enough sales to make you quit your day time job.

Actually, I also felt the same way as you before. I thought that making money online is easy. But I realized that it is not that easy to attain this goals. It is not enough to buy a program and just follow the steps and training.

I believe that a support system is far way more important in order to be successful in this type of business. In this way, if ever you have questions about anything, you have someone to run into.

Now, your next question is, how can you really make money online? My best suggestion would be through making your own online business with a support from community. Basically it is a modern way of making money. And this will enable you to enjoy your working time at home.

Basically, you will earn by just following your passion and sharing your thoughts about it to other people.

Right now, I am on my first year in this community and I am already enjoying the fruits of my labor. So, I want to share my success with you.

  1. Thank you for this review of the “Your First 10k Readers” training platform. The price is what stood out for me on first glance, and since I am a soon to be a first-time author (working on the book now!) I decided that something like this might be very useful.

The one-time fee might be a cheaper way to go if someone plans on being a member for an extended period of time, but I a not sure because if you go through the training fast, likely you could get by with a month or two and save money. There are a couple of questions I have…

Is there a community, i.e. a forum or similar where authors can interact with one another, and second, is the training downloadable (i.e. I could sign up and get the training I need offline on my hard drive to access when needed)? These two factors will affect the plan I sign up for.

I do know that it takes a lot more than writing a book to have success. Marketing is a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to getting a best-seller and the more you can get your book and even yourself out there in the media, the better. It does take work, but that is a given for any real opportunity.

Thanks for the heads up on this “Your First 10k Readers” platform, I had no idea it existed, but it really does fit a need for me going forward. As with anything, you have to invest something to get something. This may very well be a good investment.

    1. I agree with you that you need to invest something to get something. As for your question about a community or a group in Your First 10K Readers, I am not quite sure if there is any.

Having a good community will be a helpful tool so that you will be able to have answers when you have questions. So make sure that before you invest in an online program, you double check if they have a community.

  2. Writing skills are very important for any book author and beginning blogger. Sounds like the Your First 10K Readers training can help with it. However, I agree with your concern about a too high price. There are many materials available online for free, so I’d probably start there.

Who is Nick and what success can he show as proof that this course is worth the money?

It became a wild practice of blogs about blogging and likewise. Someone needs to pay for all this.

    1. The cost of joining of online programs really dictates the decision of people on whether they invest in it or not. As for the Your First 10K Readers, it may give some valuable information but almost all of what they are offering can be found online for free.

  3. Great Article!!! First of all you were up front with the money and support issue with Your First 10K Readers. I’m definitely subscribing to your site. My personal experience with Your First 10K Readers has not been good. Nick is charming and fun to watch but about half the advice didn’t work out for me. When I tried to “end” the course, customer support (Tyler) threw the agreement in my face and said it wasn’t a subscription, it was a “payment plan” that I couldn’t get out of. That’s my first experience with something like that. You really have to read the fine print. That said, the response from customer service has improved and you will get an answer faster. Personally, as someone who has had online marketing experience, the course is awesome for newbies but not worth the price for more experienced marketers. Mainly for people who have already published a book and want to increase their book sales.

  4. I have never heard of this program before. This is some great information!

Besides the price tag, is there any reason why you would recommend wealthy affiliate over Your First 10K Readers? Can Wealthy Affiliate be of use to authors as well since that’s the target audience for YF10KR?

    Thanks for the great post!

    1. When you are choosing a program, you should check first if the member support is top notch. We can’t deny the fact that online marketing is not that easy. So it is important to have someone to run into whenever you have question. As for the Your First 10K Readers, they provide helpful lessons but the support should improved.

  5. 10k readers looks like a pretty good program to learn how to grow an online business. Its great that you learn from an expert who has been at the bottom and found success themselves.

I’m not so agreeing about the pricing, but I guess it doesn’t matter when the program might help to make you thousands of dollars from applying what you learned in the courses.

Great review. 10k readers is definitely a good program!

    1. Yes, the Your First 10K Readers might be a good program but I can’t commit with the price they are offering. Nevertheless, every person has their own preference. I just suggest that you look first into your budget before investing into a certain program.
